Like Peter when he got out of the boat and started walking on water but then he began to sink, sometimes it feels like we are going under and won’t make it through to the other side of our trial. But remember – Never Fear, God is Here!

Sometimes we feel like our situation is impossible or it is too far gone; but is it ever too late for God? Absolutely not!

• Ask Lazarus, dead in the tomb
• Ask Abraham and Sarah having children at 100 years old
• Ask Daniel in the Lion’s Den
• Ask Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the Fiery Furnace
• Ask Jonah in the belly of a fish
• Ask Ezekiel in the Valley of Dry Bones

Is there anything too hard for God? No! Not if you are serving the “Living God!”

Someone asks, “How long do I have to pray? How long do I have to stand in faith and wait?” Until you have the answer in your hand. Once you have it in hand, you no longer need faith. It’s like a child asking their parents, “When are we going to get there?” …When we get there! If you are not “there” yet, keep going, keep praying, keep standing, keep believing. If you don’t stop in the middle, you will get there. Keep going…build endurance. Having done all, stand! God is faithful. He is not a man that He should lie. If He said it, He will do it, rest assured.

Just like athletes have to build endurance and have conditioning training so they will be able to perform well during a game or competition, we have to build up our endurance to be able to last until the “trial of our faith” is finished. We can’t stop at halftime just because we’re tired. We have to play four quarters. He that endures to the end shall be saved or delivered. You have to cross the finish line to get a prize. Don’t quit, keep going. Don’t be weary in well-doing, for in due season, you will reap IF you faint not. Come on, suck it up and get tough. You can do this. Jesus is praying for you that your faith fails not. So you stand a good chance with Him praying for you!!
